Integral training is wholistic, employing information from the domains of behavioural sciences such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Organisational models such as Spiral Dynamics, emergent learning and thinking methodologies, the incredibale work of Ken Wilber with his Integral models, Korzybski’s General Semantics and aspects of the work of Humberto Maturana.

This learning technology is extremely powerful because information is presented in the way in which the human brain accepts information and codes it. The benefits therefore are that information is easily assimilated and readily remembered. Desired behavioural change occurs.

Training is conducted through presentation, demonstration, guided processes, supervised exercises and practice. The training sequence is designed to offer debrief, feedback and discussion.
