About the Company

Roger Deaner and Carolyn Barratt founded LeaderVision in 1981. It began life as a business consultancy aimed at small to medium enterprises. Roger and Carolyn quickly identified both a need and demand for quality training and developed this branch of their company, using NLP as their focus. Roger also introduced the organisational tool Spiral Dymanics-integral to enhance the value of LeaderVision’s corporate training.

Your Trainers

Roger Deaner is a certified Trainer Assessor and Master Trainer of NLP. He is one of few Australian trainers to have learned from Richard Bandler and studied and worked with Dr John Grinder – the originators of NLP. Roger has been at the forefront of NLP’s growth in Australia since the 1980s. With job titles including research chemist, international trouble shooter and managing director, Roger is a true ‘renaissance’ man. He developed an effective and powerful model for Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, excels in negotiations and negotiations training and until recently was a member of the CEO Institute.

Described as a superlative communicator, Roger has training skills that transform people’s lives. He is a rigorous and deep thinker who has a remarkable understanding of the relationship between language and neurology and how these affect our behaviour. Now in semi-retirement he has agreed to return to the training room to run one NLP Practitioner program each year in his new home town of Beechworth in NE Victoria and on occasion, to mentor new trainers.
