What is a well formed outcome? A well formed outcome has the following characteristics:
Each step towards the outcome is planned
Each step leads inevitably to the next step
Each step is one which the pursuer of the outcome can take by themselves without requiring someone else to act or some situation or set of circumstance to be present.
There is a full engagement of both the conscious and the unconscious mind.

The Importance of Certification
As a Practitioner, you will be working with the conscious and unconscious minds and when these are aligned the results are maximally powerful. These alignment processes, whether done for yourself or for others, need to be professionally facilitated with great care to preserve the mental, physical and emotional safety of all those involved.
Because the methodology and tools of NLP permit effective and extremely rapid all encompassing change, it is most important that the basic principles and key foundations of NLP are completely learned and totally understood. One such key area is ECOLOGY, which is the process of making sure that whatever changes you make to yourself or to others works systemically for the entire well being of the person involved and in all areas of their life.
An inexperienced or ill taught dilettante in the area of NLP can do a great deal of harm if they lack quality training in this sophisticated technology. Therefore to gain the greatest possible benefit from your studies of NLP, you will want to undergo a properly monitored accreditation process so that you can gain a professional level of training in all aspects of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Upon the satisfactory demonstration of your competency in both Experiential and Conceptual Evaluations, you will be awarded a certificate as a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Your certificate is awarded by LeaderVision and is endorsed by the Professional Guild of NLP - UK. www.professionalguildofnlp.com

The Evaluation Criteria
Evaluation and assessment is mandatory to gain both the Practitioner of NLP (Advanced) certificate and the Master Practitioner of NLP certificate: Evaluation criteria for both are as follows:
- Attendance at the required number of training days.
- Your continued and evolving practical application of the skills learned and language patterns taught as behaviourally demonstrated by you during the course.
- Your ability to embody the attitudes and principles of NLP.
- Your performance in a weekend of experiential evaluation where you will be expected to be able to demonstrate all you have learnt.
- Completion of an open book conceptual evaluation. This does not test memory, but your ability to articulate your in depth understandings of NLP.
- Completion of a case study.
You will have as much time as you need to develop your skills, and If, for any reason, you are unable to meet the requirements at the first time of testing you will have further opportunities to be assessed.
Certification is for competency , not merely attendance at training. We strongly recommend that you take full advantage of the support structure provided by your team and trainers to enable you to confidently go into the evaluation.
The further you continue with your studies, the greater the opportunities for peer review.
You are encouraged to find people with whom to continue to learn outside of the course room, time has shown that study groups engender enthusiasm and a deeper level of questioning and skill development than otherwise.
