Individual Counselling

You may choose to consult a professional NLP Practitioner for any number of reasons: to help with health issues which have eluded the expertise of doctors; to improve your sporting efforts - your golf swing or football goal scoring; to overcome your procrastination strategies; to assist you in dealing with difficult emotional states, such as grief, unreasonable anger, or depression. During an NLP consultation the Practitioner of NLP can, by working with the unconscious mind, help their client to get different and desired results in their life by making different choices of thinking, feeling and action. (A good ethical Practitioner of NLP is someone who has mastered the practice of Neuro Linguistic Programming and has been involved in intensive study and experience in working with human behaviour)

For most of us, our choices of behaviour, our patterns of language, thought, emotion and feeling were unconscious and derived from our life experience at a very early age.  These choices have determined how we live our life and whether we are happy with what we now have - our level of health, wealth and happiness.   

At some point, for many of us, there comes a time when some of these early choices stop being useful – they can even prevent us from getting and doing what we want. It is at this point that the NLP Practitioner can help. Using a variety of techniques, depending on the needs and patterns of the client, the NLP consultant can assist the client’s unconscious mind to make different more supportive and useful choices.

Roger Deaner, co-director and trainer for LeaderVision, has been actively involved with NLP since 1987. He has gone through the ranks of Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner of NLP, Trainer of NLP, Master Trainer of NLP and is now a Trainer Assessor of NLP – which means he can train others to become trainers and assess their degree of competence. He is the most highly qualified NLP Trainer in Australia and he is one of only a few who still has a small private practice.
