Master the Recognition and Modelling of Excellence
The NLP Master Practitioner Certification course is conducted in 5 sessions, each of three full days, Master Practitioner will continue over 3 months.
This Training is Available To... Anyone who has completed the NLP Practitioner Course. Students who have completed Practitioner Courses with other trainers are welcome, they will need to offer evidence that they have completed a comprehensive NLP Practitioner Course.
The benefits of continuing your NLP education with this program in Master Practitioner of NLP include the profound integration of practitioner skills into your neurology allowing you to develop elegance in your work. This will offer you a greatly enhanced world view and the ability to comfortably manage, assist, advise and deal with people from all levels and walks of life with vastly improved communication skills.
The Master Practitioner of NLP Program continues from where the Practitioner program left off.
As such, all the skills introduced and developed during the Practitioner program will be continued throughout the Master Practitioner program. Beyond the further developing of those skills, the main thrust of this program is in Values, Linguistics, Sleight of Mouth, Metaphor, Pattern Detection and Advanced Implicit and Analytic Modeling with an emphasis on Peak Performance and Business Communication. Specifically you will be learning the additional discipline of Spiral Dynamics-integral to accelerate the process of modelling.
In the presuppositions of NLP we read: “Possible in the world, possible for me, only a question of how.” Modelling provides the how. According to Carmen Bostic St Clair & John Grinder, “… modelling is the core activity that defines NLP”.
Course content areas taught include: Core Values and Beliefs, Paradigms, Models and World Views; Distinctions on the Determination of Reality; Advanced Implicit and Explicit Modelling; Advanced Linguistic Models and their Influence on Behaviour; Exercises, Patterns and Models for Advanced Students.

In this 15-day program taught in 5 sessions over a four month period you will gain:
- Integrate your Practitioner skills to lock in the processes and tools, developing the ability to use these unconsciously.
- Expand your epistemology and adopt the epistemology of others whilst maintaining your own core beliefs and identity.
- Assist others to think outside their previous limiting paradigms through advanced language and metaphor patterns.
- Use NLP models in strategic and structural change processes in business.
- Use the power of NLP to greater effect in your Management, Business or Life activities, enhancing further your ability to achieve personal and professional outcomes.
- Refine your NLP skills, develop the micro-muscle physiology, sharpen your mental and physiological faculties to achieve outstanding results.
You will gain advanced insights and skill in implicit and explicit modelling.- Realise that most exponents of excellence, are often unconscious of the essential elements of what they do—and so cannot teach their own skill.
- Model your own patterns of excellence in order to transfer skills to others.
- Prepare yourself to model effectively, develop greater refinement in your modelling ability.
- Learn how to select a model of excellence; study this excellence at source; and test your modelling effectiveness.
- Model implicitly—through the unconscious uptake of skill through observation and imitation—so you can demonstrate the skills required and develop the conditions for discovering new patterns.
- Model explicitly—to develop descriptions allowing clean transfer of skill.
- Enhance your elegance to map across these new skills for use in any context you require.
Assessment Criteria: As required by the Professional Guild of NLP (UK) standards, all Practitioner and Master Practitioner level trainings conducted by LeaderVision are assessed by a minimum of two trainers.
