Roger draws upon his two decades of corporate experience as a distinguished leader and troubleshooter in the many divisions of the multinational giant, Courtaulds Ltd. [Known mainly by its divisions – Taubmans Paints, Razza Matazz, Hiltons Hosiery, Janzten Swimwear etc]  

Since the early 80’s he has actively operated his own successful training company while offering mentoring and business consultancy services to organisations with vision in Australia, New Zealand and overseas.
