What is a well formed outcome?
A well formed outcome has the following characteristics:

Each step towards the outcome is planned

Each step leads inevitably to the next step

Each step is one which the pursuer of the outcome can take by themselves without requiring someone else to act or some situation or set of circumstance to be present.

There is a full engagement of both the conscious and the unconscious mind.

Policy on Student Grievances

LeaderVision is committed to administering an ethical process to handle any grievances.

Should any student have any query about a training, it is hoped that they will ask this question when invited to do so during the training. If the query is of a personal nature, they are invited to let Roger Deaner, or any other associate trainer in the room know of their question. A time will be made available for the student to discuss this query as soon as possible.

It is the devout wish of the directors of LeaderVision that queries are made BEFORE grievances have a chance to fester.

Should any student have a grievance or dispute a decision, they are invited to call Carolyn Barratt on 0413 649 911 to make an appointment to discuss said grievance in private with both directors present. All disputes or grievances will be handled professionally and confidentially in order to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Students may raise any matters of concern relating to, for example, training delivery and assessment, the quality of the teaching, student amenities, discrimination and sexual harassment.

LeaderVision directors will attempt to resolve all grievances through discussion and conciliation. Where a grievance cannot be resolved through discussion and conciliation, LeaderVision acknowledges that an appropriate external mediator will be used to resolve the grievance between the parties.

Should a grievance be unable to be resolved, students will be provided with details of external authorities they may approach, if required.

Policy on Prices

All LeaderVision’s products and services have published prices. Each published price relates directly to the product or service to which it is attached. It is company policy to adhere to the published prices except where they are superseded by published special offers or published extensions of discounted price cut off dates.

For any course where there are date related prices (early birds and special offers), the lower price will cease to be available at close of business on the published cut off date. After close of business on the published cut off date the price for that course will become the published price for the next time frame until close of business on the cut off date for that price. This process will continue until the full price is reached. The full price will remain current and include late entries and payments made at the start of the course.

LeaderVision employs the services of a Direct Debit Billing provider. This means that LeaderVision is able to offer convenient payment terms. Clients will be required to sign the Direct Debit Billing authority to obtain payment over time. A surcharge applies for this service. Payment is debited directly to the client's bank account and is at a monthly rate agreed to and signed for individually. Default on payment will be dealt with through legal channels deemed appropriate by the Direct Debit Billing provider.

LeaderVision reserves the right to change the prices of its products and services from time to time. Such changes will be published immediately and will not affect any bookings with paid deposits already received for a particular programme commencing on a specific date.

Where a booking has been made to attend a course on specific dates and the price changes subsequently, the price will be held at its previous level for that purchaser. Where a booking has been made and payment in full has been received for attendance at a course on specific dates and the price changes subsequently, the price will be held at its previous level for that purchaser either if they attend the course on the dates they booked, or if they change to a subsequent offering of the same course that commences within 12 months of the date of commencement of their original booking. Anyone changing their attendance to a course commencing more than 12 months after commencement of the course on which they booked originally will be liable for any increase in price which has been published by LeaderVision.

Policy on Refunds

As a commercial provider, LeaderVision has a published fee refund policy for domestic students. The conditions for granting refunds are clearly set out herein and students are referred to this website to check our policies.

The fee refund policy states that:
LeaderVision will refund all payments made by a student if the course is cancelled or course commencement is postponed, unless alternative arrangements suitable to the student are made.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the course fee is required to secure your enrolment on any course.

Prior to commencement, a student may be required to give a maximum of 6 weeks notice in writing of withdrawal from a course to obtain a full refund.

Full refund, less 10%, is available if withdrawal from the course is received in writing up to 14 days prior to the course commencement.

The company reserves the right to retain the full fee for any late cancellations.

Should, after commencement of Introduction to NLP training, a student believe themselves to be unable to maintain their studies, or feel that they are out of their depth with the course material, they are invited to discuss their issues with the principal trainer, Mr Roger Deaner, or with co-director, Carolyn Barratt. Once this feedback has been received and discussed, a refund will be made, less agreed costs for administration and materials.

Having completed the Introdduction to NLP, students enrolling in subsequent courses are expected to understand and anticipate their own reactions to the training and will therefore be making an informed decision to attend. In this instance we do not expect there to be any requirement for refunds.

Should, after commencement of any course in any of the NLP programs, a student find themselves unable to continue by dint of changes in their career and work situation through promotion or career change, they will either have the balance of their investment refunded or if they choose, we will retain the investment which will be applied against a training at a later date.

Any other requests for refunds will be considered on their individual merit given that it is not the Policy to offer refunds outside the above parameters. The decision of the directors of LeaderVision is final, subject to the Policy on Grievances and consumers' rights under the law.

Satisfaction Guarantee: In the case of Organisational Development Group's applications courses, Professional Presenting, Training Dynamics, Negotiating Expertise and Busines Dynamics, ODG offers the following guarantee which applies at the end of the first day of training. If a student is not completely satisfied that what they have learnt has the capacity to enhance the way that they conduct themselves – in that sense for which the course is publicised – they are to simply hand in their workbooks and ODG will send them a full refund.

Financial Standards
LeaderVision has a policy of keeping all students' monies from payments made in advance of a course or program in a separate account which is unavailable to the main bank accounts. All students' monies will remain in said account until four weeks prior to any course or program for which payment in advance is obtained.

This service is provided through FFA Paysmart and uses a direct debit system. This includes minimal surcharges to cover administration costs.

When you choose to pay through a stage payment plan this will negate all special discounts and promotionary offers. You will be expected to pay a meaningful deposit.
