Please be advised. At this time LeaderVision has no plans to conduct a Trainer of NLP program. The following is a training structure which we have used and which works well to produce extremely competent trainers who can train to the unconscious as well as the conscious minds of their students. If any NLP school wishes to put this structure to use and desires the training expertise of Roger Deaner, he will be delighted to advise his availability.

  • Confidence, commitment, aspiration and belief in yourself.
Prerequisites:
  • Certification as an NLP Practitioner
  • Certification as an NLP Master Practitioner
  • A preliminary questionnaire and outcomes statement
  • Attendance at Training Dynamics is essential prior to certification being granted
  • More than one experience of both NLP Practitioner Training and Master Practitioner training is highly recommended
  • Previous experience with training or presenting to groups is recommended, or if you have none then attendance at Professional Presenting prior to Training Dynamics is essential.

Three Part Training Structure
  • Pre-requisite: Attendance at Training Dynamics (4 days)
  • Part 1: 9-day Intensive Trainer Track - you get a certificate as an intern trainer
  • Part 2: mentoring, assessment and feedback when you attend as one of the trainers at a 9-day Essential NLP. On your successful completion of Part , you will receive a certificate as a Trainer of NLP.
