medical and apparel applications. His career as international
trouble shooter and Divisional Managing Director for the multi-national

change to meet the demands of the mining and textile industries;
and organisational change through mergers and acquisitions with
various divisions. [Courtaulds is best known by brand names such
as Taubmans, Razza Matazz, Hilton and Jansen] His success was
largely due to his skills as a negotiator and his ability to train
leaders to succeed him in each division.
His success both in his corporate career and today as a trainer and consultant is due to his skills as a negotiator and his ability to train leaders. Sean Healy specialises in relationship training and consulting. A certified Trainer of NLP, he consults to small to medium businesses primarily in aspects of personal development and has worked with the Wealth Management Division of ANZ, specifically looking at the working relationships within business teams. Currently Sean is involved in a ‘Peer Coaching’ initiative for teachers in a cluster of Department of Education schools. This work is being initiated and co-developed by colleague and co-trainer, Maree Jarrett, a teacher and fellow NLP trainer.
Sean draws on widespread experience. Starting as a fitness trainer before buying and managing his own gym, he was constantly intrigued by the behavioural and mental differences he noticed between champion and average athletes. He trained International and National celebrity athletes and dancers, working with their mental and emotional states as well as their physical fitness. As well as members of the general public, Sean trained, up-skilled and developed celebrity singer songwriters, Miss Fitness Models and Masters Athletes [50+s].
Since 1999, Sean has been involved with personal consulting and business training and coaching, working with rural communities; in out-reach programs; and in situations calling for resolution of cultural clashes. During this time he has discovered that it is the relationships people form within the community, at work, in a social context and personally that frequently have a great effect on their individual success. He focuses on helping clients prepare themselves for a desired, happier future by first completing with past, unsupportive and/or negative relationships.
He has consulted with trauma victims, anorexics and clinically depressed people, and he has conducted various trainings in relationship communication and NLP. It is his training in NLP and related technologies to which he owes his considerable success. Developer of the impressive relationship training, "Shaping Successful Relationships", Sean is in the process of authoring a book on this fascinating subject.
Sean has trained in NLP with John Grinder, Steve Andreas, Roger Deaner, and Chris and Jules Collingwood. He is a much sought after NLP trainer and LeaderVision is privileged to welcome Sean Healy as their training partner. Over the next few years Sean will be taking the role of leading trainer at LeaderVision.
