Training Format LeaderVision Training is comprehensive and enduring. Training is conducted in a brain compatible learning format which is tailored to accommodate the needs of the group as well as each individual in the group.
The training format used is inclusive and designed to create a smooth and clean transfer of information where each new skill or chunk of information taught is given time to be processed, challenged, explored and put into use in a practical way.
Students consistently report a significant increase in personal skills and professional leadership as a result of effective communication.
No corners are cut in the pathway to understanding and the LeaderVision team is committed to excellence in training.
| What makes the trainings presented by Roger Deaner of LeaderVision different, is his Integral philosophy. Integral training is wholistic, employing information from the domains of behavioural sciences such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Organisational models such as Spiral Dynamics, emergent learning and thinking methodologies, the incredibale work of Ken Wilber with his Integral models, Korzybski’s General Semantics and aspects of the work of Humberto Maturana.
This learning technology is extremely powerful because information is presented in the way in which the human brain accepts information and codes it.
The benefits therefore are that information is easily assimilated and readily remembered. Desired behavioural change occurs.
This experiential style of training with its group activities and interactive presentations is designed to provide memorable learnings and locked in skill.
LeaderVision’s experiential, ethical and ecological training methodology produces results for you that really count.
Training is conducted in a brain compatible learning style and includes cycles of presentation, demonstration, guided processes, supervised exercises and practice.
The training sequence is designed to allow you to take in information; process and integrate it; followed by debrief; feedback; and discussion. This experiential style of training with its group activities and interactive presentations is designed to provide memorable learnings and locked in skill.
There is a modular format for all NLP courses. Each 3-day session consists of:

- Allow you to think about, try out, practice and put to the test the skills you have learned between modules.
- Give you time for optimal integration of these powerful techniques.
We strongly recommend that you:
- Ensure you attend and participate in all sessions.
- Do any required reading or home study.

We know we can guarantee results
Trainings are designed wholistically, building in an integrated way that is intended to enable participants to easily achieve new ideas, learnings and behaviours. This requires that everyone involved attend every session.
The prime focus of the course is the experience of the group in the moment. As a result, the content will be delivered in the sequence that best suits the needs of the students.
The format of each day will involve the delivery of information and activity interspersed with regular and sufficient breaks.
Please note that we take no responsibility for the effectiveness or otherwise of the training as it affects participants who either do not attend every session or attend on an ad hoc basis.
