These short business and professional courses integrate the business applications of NLP with Spiral Dynamics-integral and other related models and concepts in venues around the country and in New Zealand, Europe and Asia.

Roger Deaner is LeaderVision's principal trainer. A Member of the CEO Institute, he has demonstrated a mastery of business, as well as being a Master Trainer of NLP and an endorsed trainer of Spiral Dynamics-integral. He is supported by a dynamic group of guest and associate trainers who are integrated into the training courses to offer different descriptions of NLP processes and to broaden the resource base available to students. NLP with LeaderVision

• Practitioner of Essential NLP: a 9-day intensive course available in January which offers the first half of our complete Practitioner of NLP course. This course in the fundamentals of NLP is an excellent place to start if you want to learn the NLP basics. You gain great skills for business and living and can complete the full Practitioner course at your leisure. On your satisfactory completion of this course you will obtain a Certificate in Practitioner of Essential NLP.
• Advanced Practitioner of NLP: a 9-day course offering an eclectic mix of Classic and New Code, authentic and generic NLP taught epistemologically to a high standard and to a very advanced level. On your satisfactory completion of this course you will obtain a Practitioner of NLP Certificate.
• Master Practitoner of NLP : a graduate programme starting where most Master Practitioner courses finish. Offering advanced NLP modelling using internal and external models you will gain the advanced skills which will allow you to become a true agent of change. Onyour satisfactory completion of this course you will obtain a Master Practitioner of NLP Certificate.
• Trainer of NLP: a graduate program for Master Practitioners of NLP for those who wish to discover the inside secrets of NLP training and who wish to train others in the art and science of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Choosing a Business or Professional short course.

So how do you choose a training program or training organisation given the options available?

LeaderVision through The Organisational Development Group offers Business and Education trainings which are conducted as open or public enrolment courses.

These programs are available to everyone who is interested and are especially useful to organisations who can progressively send selected members of their operating teams to experience the trainings. Once ‘critical mass’ is achieved, LeaderVision can enter the operating environment in workshop mode to apply the tools to specific issues and the further enhancement of advanced trainings.

The benefits of this approach are seen in the following ways:
